If after you receive the unit you decide that is not what you want, we
will gladly accept the unit for refund in the following conditions:
-We DO NOT accept any returns
on products after they have been installed. No exceptions! Only defective
products shall be repaired or exchanged at our option.
-Please note that our restock charge is a 25%
OF THE VALUE OF THE UNIT.
-Products must be returned in the original box,
UNDAMAGED.
-All shipping costs ARE NOT
refundable.
-We recommend insurance on all shipped units. We do not accept any units
damaged in shipping. They will immediately be returned to the shipper at
the shipper expense. -BEFORE
shipping call for a RMA Number.
Without a RMA number, the units will be returned. Mark the shipping box
with the RMA number easily readable.
-All accepted returns are refunded (minus restocking charge and shipping)
in same manner as it has paid for or by company check at our option based
on availability and in no more then 7 days from receiving of the unit.
